RIP Elizabeth TaylorFilm icon Elizabeth Taylor's death hit Twitter hard this morning, and "Cleopatra" fans in the comics world paid their respects in posts. Rags Morales and Greg Pak took to their accounts to share memories, while Alex Irvine brought up the "Asterix" volume she inspired and Paul Southworth worried about what's going on with Bubbles.

In other topics, Bryan Lee O'Malley appeared to have an epiphany about Craig Thompson's upcoming graphic novel "Habibi." Someone else expressed a much less coherent opinion about protests going on around the world recently, and Gail Simone made quite a pitch for a new DC series.

I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is your Twitter Report for March 23, 2011.
